Privacy notice

This website is run by Isabella Sinclair, trading as Sinclair Socials. I’m responsible for any personal information you share through it. You can contact me at info@sinclairsocials.co.uk.

If you email me, I’ll receive the details you choose to share: usually your name, email address, studio name, your social media handle and anything you tell me about your studio.

I only use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to provide my services. My lawful basis is that you’ve asked me to get in touch, or that we’re taking steps towards a contract. I never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Email is provided by Microsoft 365. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and working.

If we don’t end up working together, I delete enquiries after 12 months. If we do, I keep records for as long as I need them for the work and for tax purposes, normally six years.

This website doesn’t use cookies for tracking or advertising.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it, by emailing me. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
